Nora’s Playhouse Artistic Director and Co-Founder Caroline Reddick Lawson has named Rebecca Lovett as the theatre company’s the new Managing Director. Lovett joined Nora’s Playhouse as an Artistic Associate in 2013 and has served as Nora’s Assistant Managing Director since February 2015. She was also the General Manager for their acclaimed 2015 production of Rose starring Kathleen Chalfant.
Kathleen Chalfant’s performance as Rose Kennedy in the Nora’s Playhouse production of Rose has garnered another nomination for Outstanding Solo Performance, this time from Drama Desk!
Outer Critics Circle, the organization of writers and commentators covering New York theater for out-of-town newspapers, national publications and other media beyond Broadway, has announced its nominees for the 2015-16 season.
