Thank you for your interest in submitting to The Nora’s Salon! We are still taking a bit of a pandemic pause on this program as we evaluate the best way to jump back into action. Feel free to submit but it may take us a while to get back to you.
The Nora Salon (TNS) in NYC welcomes submissions of any genre and length, provided they:
- Are by women playwrights in the NYC area,
- Centrally feature women’s stories and perspectives,
- Have not yet had a production.
Finished pieces and works-in-progress are both welcome.
In order to complete your submission, email Alexandra Bonesho at submissions@norasplayhouse.org
- Your location (all playwrights must LIVE in the greater NYC metro area)
- Name and description of the female character(s) that drive the play and a brief explanation of her arc.
- Confirm your play has not been produced.
- Estimated running time of your play.
